Tech flow & tricky concepts workshop

This workshop will focus on tricky concepts, and the exploration of technical flow. Combining different elements to give you moves which you can incorporate into your own practise, performances and flow. This will be a one hoop workshop, I will be teaching everything on a 32 inch standard polypro.
