Beginners Hula hoop workshop 12/11/23

This is the perfect opportunity to try a one off hula hoop session, or to up your game and learn more, if you are a beginner, or have attended previous workshops. Realise your potential, by learning the basics of hula hooping and maybe even a fancy trick or two!
