Beginners Hula Hoop classes 4 block- January 2024

Beginners' sessions are currently offered in West Bridgford, Nottingham - a one-of-a-kind chance to unearth something truly remarkable!

Whether you're a newcomer to hula hooping or have dabbled a bit, seize the opportunity to tap into your inner hula hooping prowess and master some incredible techniques.

This 4 block of sessions will get you moving, learning and practising all those super hoop moves.

Indulge in an invigorating fitness regimen, experience the joy of creative flow, and infuse some playful circus flair. Additionally, we provide hula hoops for both practice and purchase.
